With over a decade of experience in marketing and brand content, I have built my career at the intersection of storytelling, strategic planning, and cultural relevance, shaping narratives that are not only engaging but meaningful and durable. I began my journey in 2012 at Publicis Red in Paris, working on the PlayStation account. Immersed in the bold, fast-moving culture of video games, I learned early on how powerful storytelling, immersion, and gamification can be when it comes to capturing attention and building emotional connection, foundations that continue to inform my work today.

In 2014, I joined L’Oréal, where I entered the beauty industry through a digital-first lens. One defining project was the development of a CRM-driven mobile app for Vichy Dercos Neogenic, designed to support users through a three-month hair treatment. By combining behavioral insights, gamification, and narrative progression, the project transformed a restrictive routine into an engaging journey; driving adherence, loyalty, and long-term brand trust.
I then spent 10 years at L’Occitane en Provence, across Paris, London, Geneva, and New York, in roles spanning Marketing, Communications, Creative Development, and Wholesale. Beyond leading 360° brand activations, I played a defining role in shaping the brand’s long-term expression. As Brand Writing Manager, I authored and structured L’Occitane’s official Language Book and Brand Book, establishing a clear, distinctive, and enduring tone of voice for the brand. Since 2017, these foundational documents have guided all markets globally, embedding a shared language, narrative consistency, and editorial discipline across the group. Alongside this strategic work, I led purpose-driven initiatives such as the global sustainability campaign “It’s Good to Fill Right” in 2019.

In 2025, I joined NAOS, the founding company of Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, and Etat Pur, as Senior Manager of Brand Content. In this role, I help translate NAOS’ scientific vision and ecobiological philosophy into clear, compelling narratives. My work focuses on structuring long-term content strategies rooted in science, culture, and education: from aging science and cellular biology storytelling, to laboratory immersion, solar expertise, and editorial platforms that connect research, products, and human experience. Here, storytelling is a strategic tool to make complex science accessible, credible, and emotionally resonant.
