As a Brand Content Strategist and Storyteller, I thrive on crafting engaging narratives that bring brands to life. When the opportunity arose to create a 25-second brand video for QVC, I knew it had to be visually stunning, emotionally resonant, and strategically structured to captivate millions of viewers.
QVC is the world’s leading video and e-commerce retailer, known for curating desirable brands and engaging customers through compelling storytelling. Being featured on QVC’s beauty shows is a game-changer—the platform reaches a powerful audience of women 50+, a demographic that controls 95% of household purchases and 80% of luxury travel spending. Crafting the Vision: A 5-Chapter Storyline
For this project, I took on the role of Director of Content, working closely with L’Occitane’s internal creative team and a freelance videomaker to bring the brand’s DNA to life in a high-impact format. Every frame was meticulously planned, following a step-by-step storyboard I developed to ensure each section delivered a clear, engaging, and memorable message.
🔹 Chapter 1: "Welcome to Provence" – Opening with breathtaking imagery of sun-drenched lavender fields and charming French villages, we established L’Occitane’s deep roots in the South of France.
🌿 Chapter 2: "Where the Best of Nature Meets Your Self-Care" – A sensorial journey showcasing our best-selling beauty rituals, infused with the finest ingredients nature has to offer.
✨ Chapter 3: "Innovative Formulas" – A peek inside our research and development, highlighting the exceptional textures and sensoriality of our products.
🧪 Chapter 4: "Enriched with High-Quality Ingredients" – A behind-the-scenes look at our laboratories, featuring close-up shots of eyedroppers, botanical extracts, and formulation processes that define our commitment to excellence.
